Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: To secure your 1-on-1 Zoom session, full payment must be made at the time of booking. By proceeding with the booking and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Due to the personalised nature of our 1-on-1 Zoom sessions, we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session date. To request a cancellation or rescheduling, you must send an email to workshops@davidmagro.com. Requests made through other channels, such as social media messages, will not be considered valid. If a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session, a full refund minus 10% admin fee will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. If a rescheduling request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your session. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session will be treated as cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date or issue a full refund. Session Duration and Punctuality: Each 1-on-1 Zoom session is scheduled for a specific duration, typically 2 hours. To ensure that you receive the full benefit of your session, please be prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a reduced session duration, as the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Technical Requirements: To participate in the 1-on-1 Zoom session, you will need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), and the Zoom application installed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are suitable for the session. We cannot be held responsible for any technical issues that may arise on your end. By booking a 1-on-1 Zoom session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
